Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

    • Own the lead management process
    • Follow up on leads and conduct primary and secondary research to identify potential prospects and key stakeholders within these organizations
    • Understand Client requirements and route the qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
    • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards on CRM

      Inbound Sales Management:
    • Co-ordinate with Growisto in-house experts to create proposals as per client requirements
    • Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals
    • Engage with prospective clients through Newsletters and Social Media posts
    • Co-ordinate and organize Webinars and Roundtable sessions for prospective clients in India and the USA
    • Work on marketing material such as Service Decks, Online Flyers, etc.

    Qualification & Skills:

    • Graduate from any stream with 1-3 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales
    • Strong written & verbal communication and analytical skills
    • MBA preferred but not necessary
    • A keen eye for details, a go-getter attitude and a growth mindset
    • Great at problem-solving
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Experience of working on CRM
    • A persistent & high-on-energy individual who believes in smart work instead of hard work
    • Be able to work in a fast-paced and complex startup environment
    • No prior experience of Digital Marketing is necessary
