About Role:

  • Evaluating the hiring requirements in the company and creating the constant pipeline of the best suitable candidates.
  • Using modes like employee referrals, creating network, relevant job portals for decreasing the gap between the hired and to be hired employees for the team.
  • Maintaining, analysing and taking corrective measures to decrease the turn-around-time; increase - joined to offered ratio, joined to interviewed ratio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
    • Genuine interest in matching great talent with the company.
    • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, which includes identifying the right pool, using multiple channels to reach out to candidates, scheduling interviews, taking initial interview rounds, etc.
    • Manage, plan and drive the on-campus recruitment process.
    • Ability to function as a talent advisor, and expert in finding and assessing great talent.
    • Develop Talent Acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
    • Assist in employee retention and development.

    Skills (must have):

    • 1-3 years of years of recruiting experience in either agency or in-house recruitment (both are ideal).
    • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards like LinkedIn, AngelList, Naukri, etc.
    • A strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
