Key Responsibilities:

  • Align business practices with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering.
  • Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
  • Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Employee connect - pulse on the ground and regular connects.
  • Conduct Employee Engagement surveys and analyze critical points and implement things to make Growisto a better place to work.
  • Own and anchor the talent management and retention charter to ensure attrition levels are within targets and under control.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze the results and take necessary actions on the feedbacks received.
  • Responsible for the conceptualization, formation, and implementation of HR policies across the company.
  • Working with various Business stakeholders to ensure that learning outcomes are driven as per business objectives. Evaluating employee training needs and developing training modules for employees
  • Responsible for setting up an effective performance management system.
  • Designs and implements reward and recognition programs.
  • Effective contribution toward strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical & operational work.
  • Passionate about People and building a great culture at work.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare staffing strategies for existing and future needs.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Post-Graduation in HR.
  • At least 4+ years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, compensation & benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Experience working with a diverse and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time-management and a problem solver.
  • Highly Energetic, enthusiastic with a go-getter attitude.
